The full event package is available for weddings, corporate, non-profit or community-based organizations and/or independent events. Event design is included in this package, but can be eliminated. This package offers:

  • Site visit and selection

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Vendor recommendation and negotiation (as needed)

  • Theme creation and design

  • Event design (venue decor)

  • Creation and management of event timeline 

  • Attendee and RSVP management and communication

  • Menu design and schedule tasting

  • Assistance with event communication - websites, event pages, save the date cards, invitations and social media

  • Accommodation selection and management

  • Transportation selection and coordination

  • On-site event coordination

  • Budget setting and management

  • Distribution of final payments to vendors

Wedding Packages

The above listed items are included in the wedding packages as well as the following:

  • Assistance or creation of gift bags for bridal party and favors

  • Seating charts and table assignments

  • Creation of event timeline for the wedding party

  • On-site event coordinator for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
